This subject was last taught by me in Session 1, 1998, and I
have not updated any of these pages since June 1998. You are welcome
to use them as a resource, but please bear in mind that they are not being
updated at present. I expect to next teach Information Technology Law in
Session 1 2000, and the pages will updated at that time. I have a
few other things to keep me busy in 1999. Recent papers of mine on
cyberspace law are also found on my home
page.
Welcome to students who are studying Information
Technology Law in 1999. You will need to obtain
a password from your teacher to access some pages on the site. 'R' means
access is restricted to students enrolled in Information Technology Law
Students who have studied this subject with me in
previous years will also need to contact
me in order to access the restricted resources on the site.
