The Privacy Act 1988 was amended by Schedule 4 (item 3) of the Hearing Services and AGHS Reform Act 1997. The applicable provision provides as follows:

3 Subsection 6(1) (paragraph (b) of the definition of eligible employment services provider)
Omit "(g) or (h)", substitute "(g), (h) or (j)".
